My brother has a lathe and says he could make them, but they wouldn't be cheap as there are a number of tool changes required so it's time consuming.
He suggests the cheapest option could be a visit to the Model Engineer magazine forum where there are likely to be more retired lathe-owners with the time to do it less commercially.
