Slow progress update.
I have replaced the thyristor. After powering up on the variac at the same time checking the voltage and a little tweek on the voltage adjustment pot all’s well from that sidérons things
I’m now on to the next problem . Not quite I thin line across the screen but about 3/4 or a inch slightly ragged. I take it the next thing is checking the output transistors.
On the plus side the sound is good.
Any more help we’ll appreciated Andy
