Not really sure what you're getting at with the continuity tests. The secondaries will have continuity on the pins - what we're looking for is a short after the transformer. I very much doubt there's a fault with the transformer - I did have one fail on a TX100 but that's one in hundreds - and that was a primary short.
Other than the thyristor R2B mentions it's a pretty straightforward TDA4601 circuit so I would go over the circuit again to find something you might have missed. Once you have it working it will probably stay that way unlike your ICC5s!
