support page on the service data website as below, which I think covers the options adequately:

From brief tests in June 2013 it works OK with current versions of the following free programs:
- Foxit Reader (untick the Ask Toolbar and Ask homepage options when installing, choose Help - Change Toolbar Mode if you prefer a traditional toolbar and menu interface)
- Nuance PDF Reader (email address required to download, choose the option to enable all JavaScript when installing)
- Nitro Reader (email address required to download, need to be online to install)
- PDF-XChange Viewer (untick the Ask Toolbar, Ask homepage and Chrome options when installing, does not show bookmarks and thumbnails automatically)
It does not work with Sumatra or Evince because they do not support JavaScript. PDFLite was not tested because the installer tried to install too much other unwanted junk.
