Sorry it's taken a while to respond to this

Fascinating!

Looking at my data, nothing appears to have changed between the two numbers you have, so fortunately that doesn't muddy the waters in any way. Whoever made up the set obviously did it from two identical examples - which is good going when you consider how many changes this set saw over the years!

All details check out with just one exception; the unpainted loudspeaker didn't put in an appearance until ~33,000. This suggests that this set is actually the product of at least 3 different Hunters.

The lettering on the 'speaker is almost certainly "58HE/146". The first two numbers indicate the size (5" by 8")

The earlier style badge you have (chromed brass rather than the later pressed aluminium) is correct for this model version.

Presumably the handle doesn't have a Rexine insert?

For my records, I think I'll take the chassis number. After all, the paper sticker might well fall off.
