Well anything is possible of course, but it wouldn't really make any sense,
as it would have been just as easy to have printed 1102 at the end, following the normal tradition of abbreviated Dates.

It is more likely that your particular Mk VII simply didn't have the Date attached, as is very common among the Mk V's.

The only person I can think of, who might be able to shed any definitive light on this is AndyGilham (if he reads this), if
by any chance he is able to locate any achieve manufacturing Data at Megger. It would definitely have been recorded
back in the Day, but I'm sure Andy would have told us, if he had found Serial Number Data.

Sadly, British industry is notorious for having Binned Manufacturing Records years ago having
been deemed worthless and a Waste of valuable Space to keep.
