I had two mono amps EL84 in push pull , I had this idea of building a low cost stereo amp , I encapsulated all the transformers in aluminium boxes, a Baxandall tone control circuit was fitted what a difference that made. I am very pleased with the looks and sound of the finished amplifier, the total cost was about £120, excluding labour of course. What to build next I keep thinking KT66's
