Unfortunately, that doesn't translate to EEPROM bytes as XA and XB are set by the processor.

The microcontroller used might be the SAA5553. If you're very lucky, it ill have some kind of variation on the standard programming. Maybe some configuration methods (setting of options bytes, service menu) can be found under CTV832M. Otherwise it would be unique to the Brionvega Cubo or Formenti BV1 chassis so you would need to obtain a service manual.

Other slightly newer Formenti chassis using the UOC (successor to the SAA5553/TDA8842 combo) indeed have option bytes to set systems. In those, the service menu is accessible by pressing OSD on the set, immediately followed by standby on the remote.
