Default Smiths Clock circa 1930's

Hi, I was given an antique electric clock by my grandmother (since passed) and I am trying to learn as much as I can about it.

It seems to be a Smiths Clock Self Starting maybe circa 1930s? Please see attached photos.

Any details anyone could provide, including some idea of value, would be greatly appreciated!

Many thanks,
Andrew
