I have several B215 Selena radios which have three buttons and all of mine are in the same position as described in the Selena handbook below and all their buttons latch down.

The earlier B212 had four buttons, with separate buttons for battery or mains operation and the light button doesn't latch down on those.

The Soviet Office Mashpriborintorg name and/or logo appeared on Selena sets up until 1979 (on all B212s and early B215s) and then the name Tento until 1991. Between 1992-1993 'Made in Republic Belarus' appeared on the sets.
