I think that sums it up nicely. We are entering (in?) a situation of hardship where people will be less interested in the actual value and more desperate for whatever cash they're offered. The vulnerable will be the ones to lose out.
I don't begrudge any business the opportunity to make a profit but there should be checks and balances that seem to be lacking. Whats the Latin for the opposite of Caveat Emptor?
