It certainly says .6 on the circuit and uF would be the only logical unit!

If the capacitors measure about 1uF on a basic capacitance meter and a resistance check at working voltage shows them to be fairly leaky, then the indicated capacitance will be on the high side. I'd try fitting 0.47uF with some 0.22uF in parallel and see whether function is OK.

Worst case scenario would be to overheat windings if current is too high but this won't be instant and temp rise can be monitored in case it gets excessive.
