Indeed. If nothing turns up, I've got those little dome topped hexagonal brass 8BA nuts that will 'do the job', but when you're doing a restoration, some parts, especially exterior cosmetic ones, just look better if they as near as possible to original. Admittedly to a much lesser extent, it's like having the wrong knobs on a set. Am I being over fastidious? not really when you consider that many of us are very concerned with under chassis originality, which is fair enough if that's the level of restoration that a restorer works to. I personally don't go that far.
