Yes I remember that.
I do call CQ very occasionally but I don't recall anyone coming back, so I just leave the rig on and answer anyone who should happen to call if I am in here.

I once had someone rescue me from Orkney. I got stuck in the mud at Duncansby head, gave out a call and a station came back and called the AA for me.
