Lidl sell baufix or powerfix branded cans of solvent labelled either 'cellulose thinner' or 'paintbrush cleaner-restorer'. I haven't found a paint that is resistant to it yet, and it's also dissolved paint brush handles, screwdrivers and welded a cleaning cloth to the back of my swivel chair. Worth a try!
