Hi Tim, if you know the current requirements of the Vellman amp, add about 5mA for the zener. You know the valve HT supply voltage and the Vellman supply voltage, calculate dropper resistor.

Add E cap and RF bypass cap (say 0.1uF) and you have your power supply.
