Default Reel to reel safety question

Hi all, I’ve just acquired a number of reel to reel machines. As some of you may know, I am totally blind, however I enjoy doing mechanical repairs, and have successfully repaired lots of cassette and reel to reels. However as I’m blind I’m really only confident doing mechanical repairs, so I was wondering if I give a list of the models I’m not sure about, could someone tell me if these would definitely need dodgy capacitors to be replaced, then I will know to just Ebay those as is, rather than risking any danger trying to repair them. The models are as follows:
Elizabethan popular 400,
Telefunken magnetaphone 95,
Sobel festival,
And BSR Westminster.
If someone can tell me which of these, if any, will not have any dangerous capacitors etc that would be much appreciated. Many thanks.
