That's a very useful index, thank you.
The paper versions of Sams Photofacts books seem to hold their price quite well, so I think it would be impossible for any one individual to acquire them all now.
If SAMs are still on the go then it's unlikely that they will let the whole collection appear online as 'abandonware' any time soon.
