This is an AVX MR061C103KTA 0.3" square 0.2" pitch which looks very similar to your first cap. (10n 100v 10% X7R)

Your second looks like an AVX SR series but the marking doesn't make sense to me.
If I had to guess I'd say A for AVX, 1 for 100V, C for X7R (although Z5U is more usual for 1uF).
Warm the cap up to around 60C, if the capacity drops like a stone it's Z5U.
