I'm pretty sure the 103's are 100V types. I have seen these before used in mil spec gear in circuits running over 50V.

As for the 105's anybody's guess. For something like those I wouldn't push them over 50v. Though the A1C might indicate 100v, but unless a reference could be found, I'd not risk it. The 1 could be a multiplier and the C 100.
