Note. I have obtained a number of Cecil's radios and am currently setting up a museum type display in the Inverness Emergency Bunker. This Bunker is a historic listed building and was used in WW2 as a filter room to process radar signals.
Radios did not play a large part in the filter room work - most communications were over land-lines (at least from radar masts to the filter room). None the less the units make a nice talking point during tours of the building.
