Yes, my thought was 'BBC micro' both for the DIN socket and the BNC (which the Beeb used as the composite video output).

Philips, of course, later made monitors for Acorn (the ones for the Archimedes range were slightly modified CM8833s, etc) but I don't recognise this one.
