Many Thanks Paul yes im okay with wood works but have no workshop facility for it. But I have a colleague that may be able to help with the more demanding tooling as it will need to be as square as possible etc with the cuts. Thanks for the Plywood advice asw ell, may well be taking that direction and complete with the sides to match.
