Not really, maybe the same capstan motor and rew/ff motor making it sound similar.

The belt routing is similar to the older 3v29/30 with the use of the smaller idler to provide playback and the larger central idler to provide rewind and fast forward.

There's other videos of my other machines on YouTube aswell. The Fergusons all sound similar with the exception of the 3v32 which is quite and in my opinion a bit boring in its loading noises.
