Hello

I watched the Queen biopic last night and I swear at one point the Brian May character was talking into his guitar to reply to a colleague speaking to him on the talkback.

Have I misconstrued what they were depicting or did someone really think you could speak into guitar pickups... or did Brian have strange pickups?
