Default Re: Fluke 25 fixed

As the Fluke 25 was originally designed for use in mines it's hardly surprising that it is robust and proved to be just as useful in battlefield environments. However, if you are used to an AVO 8 it is small, light, easily portable and can be dropped from quite a height or even dunked in a bucket of water without functional consequence. Add to this its protection circuitry & safety features and it is difficult to criticise the overall concept.

The low second hand value is another bonus as far as I'm concerned. I paid £8 for my ex-MoD example relatively recently. It was described as 'spares or repair only' but cleaning the LCD contacts brought it back to full health.

You should definitely try one Mr B.
