Pye plug - I've got one, courtesy of an old codger (like me) who still plays about with 19 Sets and the like. It came with a stub of thick co-ax installed. So, a simple but possible dumb question. It all comes to bits, see photo. The cable braid is clamped between the cone-shaped piece and the nut. The centre of the co-ax, which was soldered, goes into the hole in the centre pin, and is held in place by a tiny screw down the centre of the pin. There appears to be nothing else holding it together. Have I got it right?
