Milton Keynes Radio Rally 2019, Sunday August 25th
 

The 2019 Milton Keynes radio rally will be on Bank Holiday Sunday, August 25th.

Admission £3 including parking.

MK Irish Centre, Manor Fields, Watling Street, Bletchley, MK2 2HX

Site entrance co-ordinates (decimal): 51.9959, -0.7096

From the A5 roundabout, take the exit signposted for Bletchley and Fenny Stratford. If travelling from the A5, this is the second exit if Northbound and the fourth exit if Southbound. Manor Fields is 700 yards on the left, opposite Dobbie's Garden Centre and immediately after a green "Welcome to Bletchley" sign.

There will be traders / boot sellers in a large field and indoors in the hall.
Outdoor pitches (7x5m) are £15 (£10 if pre-booked) and there are some indoor tables at £15 (pre-book only)

The National Museum of Computing (at Bletchley Park, but a fully independent museum) is only 2 miles away and is open from 1030 - 1700, well worth a visit after leaving the rally. Includes the famous working rebuilds of the WW2 Colossus (all valve electronic) and Bombe (electromechanical) computing machines, plus a very large exhibition of computers dating from 1945 to the present day - many of them working.

Thanks for the reminder. Went to this one last year and it was rather good! I shall be there again.

Excellent - interested in seeing what turns up. Last year was indeed a bit wet. Fortunately it spared everyone an hour or two before it chucked on us!

It's a good rally, the rain was a bit disappointing last year. Looking forward to seeing what golden finds await.
