Have a look at this page, about twelve entries down.

Interesting link, Darren. I wonder whether you could achieve anything like that as a private seller, in the UK, in this economic climate?

Anyone know what their original selling price was?

Nick,

I doubt it Nick. After I posted earlier I found another reference to a pair of these advertised for sale at $545 back in 2006 and that's quite a difference to the selling price given on the Zenn site. I've been unable to find any references to relatively recent sales in the UK.

The only real option is to list them on one of the online auction sites, with worldwide coverage, and see what happens. Bottom line; value is determined only by what the market will stand at any given time.

I haven't a clue what the original price was.

Hi James,
It's really one of the best speakers, if your tweeter is working perfectly.
I have one pair, but tweeter is not perfect.
This speaker is far better than Diamon2, which I have also.

I am also looking for the broucher of Teesdale SP2.

So if you're a good listener, please don't sell this speaker till your death.

Hope you understand.

Thanks,
mahbub.

Hi James.. did you sell these or would you be intrested in selling these?
I have a pair of sp2s although the bass units in the photos are not correct.. they should be white coned and mounted on a square plate...

Hmmm....my brother in law had a pair of these speakers about 15 years ago, very solid bass response as i remember but not too sure about definition? i think it was pretty good actually. one thing's for sure he had the original white bass drivers in his and the surrounds where always splitting around the edge, hidous things. all in all quite a nice piece of kit when they weren't lying on their backs waiting for the silicone sealant to dry on those bass drivers :-)
