Great thanks to Jeremy MORVB,

For taking the time to catalogue, sort & pack all those CV valves & CRT's into box trays, a numatic task indeed, so hopefully all going to be used or as spares.

Re: The Thanks Thread

Just thought that I would add my thanks to Ben Dijkman for making such a splendid job of making a Philips logo badge emblem for my U.K Philips 371A radio. It has a different colour appearance to that of the usual Dutch Philips radios. Well done, Ben!

telstar 17th Apr 2024 3:53 pm

Re: The Thanks Thread

Ben was the only one that gave me some positive help in gaining this Philips emblem, and nobody else seemed to know what my requirements were! As I said, it is not a Dutch Philips model (371A), anyway it is on the radio now, and it looks great!

Thanks to Jon (eaglework) for the HP8443A Tracking Generator.

This is the low noise 110MHz one with counter for the analysers which fit the 140 scope frames. It's going to make the Kingdom ARS' analyser a lot easier to drive and able to do swept frequency measurements of gain/loss and VSWR.

Great packing, too.
