Revox B77

Has anyone successfully sprayed the cabinet of a Revox B77?

I will probably use Halfords car spray paint.

There was somebody advertising Nextel refinishing not long ago, but it wasn't cheap as far as I remember.

This one has a rubber texture, like the original coating

I actually tried this one from Halfords, although its not textured, it looked very similar to the original.
