Over a period, several members have commented on the statistics regarding the contents of hats (vintage radio hats to keep us on topic).
It's a free world they say, and therefore you are completely free to give or sell your property to whosoever you choose. But, as with Google rankings, playing fields can be somewhat uneven, added to which not all members can be online constantly. We'll leave you to draw your own conclusions, in the interest of fairness.

And of course, when members are offering items it's absolutely their decision as to who the lucky winner is. They don't need to explain themselves. They may simply award items to the first responder, or operate a truly random 'hat', or decide who is most deserving amongst those interested. It's completely up to them. There are no forum rules about this.
