Although the CRT aperture looks like it was designed for a 4:3 23" CRT rather than the rather spherical 21" tube.
Pity the chassis has gone because the motorised tuning system was very interesting. Cable remote control system.

Probably a slightly modifed EKCO chassis WRT to the FM and cable remote. The only other enhancement would be that large speaker in a console cabinet.
Result: Same vision quality as a standard Ekco - but with greatly improved audio, although possibly boomy on speech......
