Testing PT15 (T1154) transmitting valves

I would like to test the PT15 output valves in my T1154. They have the old 5 pin base. I was considering making a lash-up test circuit for them but wondered if they could be checked in a standard receiving valve tester like the AVO?

They can be done in the Valve Characteristic meters and I think, the CT160, but draw too much heater current for the "two panel" tester.

Jim.
