ACY20 germanium PNP unused
I have around 15 of the above, which appear NOS and I've had them 40+ years.
If anyone would like a couple, let me know, and they are FOC. I'm happy to post out dribs and drabs as if you need a couple for a project, then you won't want a bag of them, and they'll end up like mine - unused. They are a black anodised can version, which I've never seen anywhere, so I don't believe they're Mullard. |

Could I go into the hat for some of these please.

Re: ACY20 germanium PNP unused
I have a few Racal frequency meters (SA520 and SA535) which are full of dozens of these transistors. At least one seems to be leaky. May I claim a couple of transistors, please?

Re: ACY20 germanium PNP unused
These are actually very useful general purpose types and can be used in a range of consumer applications. They were part of Mullard's industrial range, but that was always more about marketing than particular electrical characteristics.
