Gold stripes/lining
 

There are several ways that one can reproduce the gold 'coach lines' during the refinishing of a cabinet - it can be done freehand [by an experienced craftsman!], there are little machines available from auto refinishers/suppliers, there are certain tapes available from auto refinish/suppliers too.
