Breaking - VR2023 Video 2000 Machine & V2000 bits
 

Hello,

Not sure if there's any interest but I'm breaking a Philips VR2023 Video 2000 machine with practically no cosmetic wear, a working and tested PSU but a damaged transport.

Also I have a full ENGLISH VR2020 series printed workshop manual with all the wiring diagrams etc.

Finally, I also have a Video 2000 head alignment tape, I don't want to sell this but I can lend this out if it's of any use to anybody. I own an equipment hire business so I can inventory and control this legally whilst it's on loan.

If anybody wants any parts please do shout, all cosmetic parts available in in B+ condition for age.

Other than the alignment tape, are you offering these FOC?

Postage and enough to cover my petrol to drive to the post office, the manual I'll send on the slow-boat for £15 as they're relatively valuable, especially an English version it seems.

Anything that'll go second class in a small Jiffy Bag I'll do for a few pounds.

Bit tricky to nail it down until people tell me what they want, but I do want to cover costs.

Last call before the unclaimed bits go in the bin, got a suite of boards, the manual and potentially the cosmetic parts left.


I'll do the manual and the machine complete sans transport for £35 delivered if there's any interest in that?

Final call before eBay:

I have the carcass with plastics (good condition) but an otherwise gutted machine, I can post this for £15 to anybody in the UK who would like it.

The VR2020 series English workshop manual with full wiring diagrams, diagnosis procedures etc, I'd really like £15 for this delivered, it's a bit tatty but I want bottom money for it.

And if there's interest I'll sell the alignment tape (genuine 1980 Philips item) for £80.

Feel free to combine stuff and make offers [via PM only as is normal]

Is mechanism from VR2020 compatible with VR2324? I am looking for a tape guide from it.

Sorry its now stripped to just a shell, everything else except the tuner bits have been claimed.

Final call for the plastics tonight or I'll be dropping them I'm a skip at work tomorrow morning...
