Re: The Thanks Thread
I am eternally grateful to ParcGwyn for the contribution of an SC/MP microprocessor chip for my latest project. For the first time in 35 years I have a real SC/MP NBIL computer, I have a test bench for code which up until now has only been tested under emulation conditions. More immediately, I was able to test a solution to a 44 year old problem!
Despite these ICs attracting real money in another place, ParGwyn flatly refused to accept payment. The forum spirit at its best! |

A big thanks to Woodchips for the most excellent Tek current probe. It works perfectly (after fixing a loose connection in the power supply to the 134) - see attached, upper trace is cal voltage waveform, lower is current probe waveform, spot on at 30mA!

Many thanks to David, Radio Wangler for the transistors just received. Totally unprompted, he had seen a post of mine expressing interest in a project and sent the transistors to help me out at no cost to myself.
David is a backbone of this forum for many reasons and I am very grateful. Peter |
