KB K20/3 eliminator voltage problem

I have a KB K20/3 eliminator the smoothers in it have been replaced at some point in the past the unit is pushing out 188 volts on both the 50v-80v socket and the 120v-150v socket the position of the high medium low plug makes no difference to the voltage any suggestions ?? I could really do with a schematic if anyone has one please oh and the two wire would resistances on the LT side are more wire unwound does anyone know the values of these ??many thanks

They will have simple series resistors to reduce the voltage, so without a current being drawn they'll all read the maximum. Similar to the Convette.
