The Ekco and the WS19 free for collection only, both not working and in a bad condition.

I would certainly be interested in the 19 set, and may be coming up your way in the week after next, if this is a possibility. Surprised you have not had more replies.

Tony.

Please consider rescuing the A52 too if there's no other interest. It isn't a particularly common set and may restore well without too much effort.

Nick.

Just had a look at the Ekco A52 workings, looks like it should be a good beginners set and should raise no issues for restoration. Nice big uncluttered chassis.

3 valves plus rectifier. All octal valves. Mains transformer for heaters and HT so earthed chassis set. Cabinet should not be too difficult to restore the finish.

Although too far for me I am sure someone will take it for restoration.

I agree, Christopher. No obvious worm as far as I can see, too.

Barrie has told me that the 19 set has been claimed, alas, I could have picked them both up. But thanks to Barrie, for offering them.
