Those little reel-to-reel machines are something I have a soft spot for. Alas I don't have that one or any information on it.

Does it have a capstan and pinch roller, or does it just drive the spools? A few very low-end machines did the latter, the tape speed is therefore not constant.

If it has a capstan, you might find a removeable sleeve (either on the capstan or stored, say, under the head cover) to give 2 tape speeds. A lot of such machines did 1+7/8 and 3+3/4 ips

What is the metal post on the right hand side ? could this be a storage post/speed sleeve, it possibly looks too far out to be a tape spillage guide.

It certainly seems to have a capstan, but may have DC bias...

The capstan sleeve is already fitted to give 3.75 ips. Store post on RHS.

I suspect this will be an AIWA or possibly a Sanyo or Panasonic rebadged. Neat little unit. Anything interesting on the tape?!
