Bush DAC10 Chassis

Although I have a lot more time on my hands I'm making painfully slow and mind numbingly boring progress in cleaning up the chassis of my DAC10!

I used Clutch and Brake cleaner to remove most of the initial grime and followed up with Autosol Metal Polish. I'm convinced that there will be a world shortage of cotton buds soon which is entirely of my doing!

I'm not looking for perfection and won't be entering the chassis for any Forum Awards but does anyone have a tried and trusted method for cleaning up a chassis? The chassis will not be stripped if it's components or disassembled as others with skills way beyond my abilities have done.
