There is new website which details the history of Portishead Radio/GKA, the UK's main long-range maritime radio station. Plenty of history, photographs, audio and visual files, as well as information on associated radio stations at Somerton, Devizes, Brent, Baldock, Bearley and Rugby.

Updated regularly with historical information and documentation it has already received over 11,000 hits since it went online last year.
