Tubon hand held keyboard

Can anyone help me with a circuit diagram for a Tubon hand held keyboard type number IE50.
I have recapped it and checked all tr's and resistors.
It is making a noise and the keyboard works in changing the frequency of the sound.
It is not a sinewave o/p so any info on waveforms would be useful.
I have drawn out the cct of the pcb but it is strange territory for a vintage amp fixer like me.
John.

Re: Tubon hand held keyboard

Thanks Lawrence.
I had not found that site.
The pcb layout is different to my one.
There would appear to be several versions of the instrument.
