Is that one of those ones with the massive turret of switched inductors and trim capacitors in it?

I haven't had the energy to continue on this yet - it had been too blooming hot!

Yes! That's the one. It is remarkably simple for the quality of output. Mine has just 55V on the anode of the oscillator triode.

And yes, it is far, far too hot to be doing anything more adventurous than typing this post!
