Default Scully Recording Lathe

I've been watching this series on BBC4:

There's an old Scully weight driven cutting lathe in episode 4 along with some early Western Electric amplifier stuff.

I watched it last night, and it was well worth staying up for. Apparently the only remaining working recording system of the era, assembled and restored from various sources.
