Default RCA CA3100T obsolete 38mHz IC

Anyone who knows where to find this old Harris or RCA CA3100T 38mHz IC?

I try to renovate two very well sounding NAD's. To a reasonable price , the 1978 model NAD 3080 was one of the first amplifiers that was able to drive a load in 2 Ohm.

The TO-3's in NAD 3080 : NEC 2SD287 /2SB539 delivers in the "A" version 10 A by max. 120 Vceo and 7/8 mHz .....10A is to the limit when the load is 2 Ohm.

The mentioned TO-3 NEC's are obsolete as well.

Any suggestions where to find TO-3 /TO-204 op transistors with 12A or 15A and the above mentioned specs ..120V / 7/8 mHz?

Do you need the "T" variant with its military temperature range? If you can accept standard commercial 0-70C there are CA3100S on Ebay.

I did't know that the "T" type had military temperature specs....The CA3100S should do it, if the CA3100S has the same specifications except for the temperature ?

There are CA3100Ts on e-bay 'buy it now' (six in stock) at £15.09 each, and CA3100S at £6.59 each.
