Mark Forums Read - UK Vintage Radio Repair and Restoration Discussion Forum

When I have had a session of reading forums I always click the New Posts button before I click Mark Forums Read.

I do this in the belief I may loose any new posts that are posted while I am reading. Is this unnecessary, will those posts come up next time I start a session and click New Posts anyway?

No, you are right to do this if you're concerned about missing anything.

There's no need to mark everything read this frequently though - I only do it when I have several pages of unread posts.
