Default Re: The future of the Pye Museum

I was wondering what happened to Dave, G8EPR, as I saw that his website said something about being closed as far as correspondence. From this thread I have learned that he is no longer with us. Can anyone expand on what happened? Illness, accident? That is a shame as he had quite a wide variety of equipment cataloged.

There were more or less two distinct Pye Museum websites - - Dave's and what I took to be a somewhat more corporate, or official one.

This thread is primarily about the latter (http://www.pyemuseum.org/).
What information we have about Dave's sad passing is here: https://www.vintage-radio.net/forum/...d.php?p=941643
