Are you looking for somebody that specifically deals with rebuilding CRTs or CRT–equipped gear in general?

I live in Walsall myself and have done almost a lifetime on them, and am also experienced with CRT based T & M!

I'm not entirely sure what is meant by a CRT engineer. To me it covers a lot of possibilities.
What I suspect you are looking for is a tech who can repair CRT based computer monitors for the retro gaming market, and/or CRT based arcade machines, but conformation would be helpful.
